Nathalie Bernard

Nathalie Bernard started her career at Desjardins in 1995 and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Desjardins Capital in June 2023.

Thanks to her broad understanding of Quebec's entrepreneurial ecosystem, Nathalie has always had a clear vision of where she wants to steer her organization to ensure our best entrepreneurs stay here. Recognized by her peers for her action-oriented and people-focused leadership skills, Nathalie encourages innovation and creativity to foster her team's development and sustainable growth.

Before joining Desjardins Capital, Nathalie worked for the Fédération des caisses Desjardins and for the Desjardins Business centre network. Supporting the growth and longevity of businesses and helping them be more financially empowered have always been at the heart of her achievements.

Nathalie holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and is a member of the Quebec CPA Order.
