Hélène joined Desjardins Capital in May 2022 as Assistant Vice-President, Due Diligence and Value Creation. Passionate about investing, she has over 30 years of experience in public and private financing at every stage of the business development process. From working with seeds and startups to helping businesses with growth and mergers and acquisitions, Hélène has had a chance to support Quebec entrepreneurs with many high-profile transactions.
Before working for Desjardins, Hélène managed a Quebec fund dedicated to financing innovative businesses in the seed or startup stage. She's also served as a manager and portfolio manager for various investment funds and for a public company, supporting businesses as a member of the management committee and as a director.
Hélène holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, a graduate diploma in business financing and an undergraduate certificate in human resources.
